“Private Garden Available for your Special Event!”
The Society Garden’s unique event space is available for 3-hour rentals (surprise birthday party!) to all-day private events (wedding receptions!). We have the ability to customize your special event with a beer, wine and specialty cocktail menu, design services and party planning. Email Meagan Evans at societygardenmacon@gmail.com to get a custom rental quote. Our rates for rehearsal dinners and Sunday all-day wedding rentals are listed below. We no longer rent our pavilion space on Saturdays for weddings (weekday and Sunday rentals only).
Private Use of our Outdoor Pavilion
Welcome to The Green Room at the Society Garden. The perfect space for relaxed rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, baby showers and more. Our outdoor pavilion area comfortably holds 75 guests with seating ranging from two long farm tables, lounge seating, swing chairs and more. We offer open bar pricing starting at $16 per person, print up your own specialty “Have a Drink on us!” tickets, or guests can start their own tabs. Satterfield’s BBQ now offers on-site catering (www.Satterfieldsbbq.com), or welcome to bring in your own food/catering. It is important to remember that The Society Garden will be open to the public during your event. For all of our events so far, the two spaces have worked together beautifully and add to the ambience of the evening. A $150 cleaning fee will be added if you leave trash, or the bane of our existence… bring confetti!

GROUPS OF 40 PEOPLE OR LESS
Rent our private, indoor Boom Boom Karaoke Room & Lounge
Capacity 50 guests. Use of vintage cool indoor lounge with karaoke set-up. Option to add a barge cooler stocked with beer/wine. Welcome to decorate and bring in food. $150 cleaning fee if room is not cleaned and trash placed in receptacles.
$250 flat rental fee, any time frame
SUNDAY (CEREMONY + RECEPTION)
Access from 10:00 am - 10:00 p.m.
Capacity 100 guests. Use of The Green Room (outdoor, covered pavilion), indoor bar/lounge with extra seating for 35 people, private bar and front lounge often used as a bridal suite. Eclectic seating for use with 40 white chairs, three pub tables, integrated sound system, plasma TV, wireless microphone, AC/heat available inside, and off-street parking. Two private bathrooms available for guests. Custom beer and wine and/or specialty cocktail menu to be determined provided by Society Garden. Bar cost will be determined with a 20% gratuity added for your bartending services. PRIVATE USE OF ENTIRE BEER GARDEN MON/TUE EVENINGS / CORPORATE PICNICS DAILY

Capacity 250 guests. Private use of the entire Society Garden, including main beer garden area, stage, The Green Room (outdoor, covered pavilion), temperature controlled indoor bar/lounge with extra seating for 45 people, and private bar. Custom beer and wine and specialty cocktail menu to be determined provided by Society Garden.
$200 an hr.
**50% rental rate deposit due upon execution of contract to hold date.
